Conventional surface modification methods, such as ion insertion and laser melting, have recently seen growing importance in the innovative usage of electrical discharge machining process (EDM) a competitive substitute. It found RaPMEDM 11 recorded at current 5A on-time 6.30 off-time 7.00 with concentration 25g/L. easy predict controlling factor (A) (B). At higher 7.25A, showed decrease slightly. result justifies TaC starts modify high current. case without RaEDM, maximum 5 A, 6.26 μs, 7 RaEDM μm. provided highest Ra compared RaPMEDM.
